• The network brought together people interested in human risk perception and people interested in technical risk assessment
• The aim was to develop our thinking about problems that involve both disciplines jointly - for example problems to do with risk distribution, risk compensation and risk migration
• The project was a continuation of a network that was funded by EPSRC from November 2003 to November 2006
